Open Settings gear → Sound Bank. CONFIG references the bank but does not embed or install it.
Stage Arranger can operate with its own program bank or route the arranger through a supported external software instrument.
Arranger Premium
The Premium bank is the primary Stage Arranger sound source and provides the main voice catalog used by the Stage Arranger performance setup.
GENERAL MIDI / BASIC
BASIC is a lighter GM/GS-based source that keeps the Stage Arranger voice-selection structure available when Premium is not the active bank.
External modules
Supported VSTi/LV2 sound modules can receive the arranger's transformed MIDI output. The plug-in then becomes responsible for generating its own audio and insert effects.
