End User License Agreement
Last updated: 22 September 2026. This EULA governs licensed use of the Stage Arranger software and protected content supplied with it.
1. License grant and acceptance
A valid Stage Arranger licence gives one user a non-exclusive right to install and use the software for personal or professional music performance and production on up to 2 activated devices. You receive a right to use the software, not ownership of its intellectual property. Transfer and backup rights required by mandatory law remain unaffected.
Read the licence agreement before installing Stage Arranger. By accepting it during installation, you agree to the software licence terms. These terms apply together with your purchase terms and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Ownership
Stage Arranger, its code, user interface, protected sound libraries, included demo content, documentation and branding remain owned by or licensed to the Provider. The license is a permission to use the product, not a transfer of ownership.
3. Permitted musical output
Unless a separate content license states otherwise, the EULA does not claim ownership of original performances or recordings you create with the software. You remain responsible for ensuring that any third-party compositions, Styles, MIDI files, samples, plug-ins or other content you use are properly licensed.
4. Restrictions
Except with permission or where mandatory law allows it, do not redistribute the application or protected content, share activation credentials, sublicense copies, or circumvent licence controls. These restrictions do not prevent lawful backup copies, transfers, observation or testing, or reverse engineering/decompilation specifically permitted by law, including for interoperability. Rights in third-party sound banks, styles and plug-ins depend on their own licences.
5. Activation, devices and license identifiers
One licence is for one user and allows up to 2 activated devices. Device limits do not permit sharing the licence or activation credentials with other users.
Your licence is associated with your account and authorised devices. Activation identifiers are used to activate the software, restore access and provide support. Manage device activations in your account. Do not share activation credentials or publish private licence keys.
6. User content and User Styles
You may import supported content that you are entitled to use. The software may interpret third-party files approximately where source-specific rules or voices are unavailable. No guarantee is made that every User Style will sound identical to the device or software for which it was originally authored.
7. Updates
Updates can correct defects or improve compatibility. Any security or conformity updates required by law remain owed for the applicable period. An optional paid upgrade is separate from a required remedy. Changes to features or third-party integrations must respect the agreed description, applicable notice requirements and mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
8. Suspension and termination
The license may be suspended or terminated for material breach, including unlawful redistribution, shared activation credentials, fraudulent licensing activity or circumvention of technical protection measures, subject to applicable law and any required notice, cure, review or remedy period. On termination you must stop using copies that the license no longer authorizes.
Suspension or termination does not remove statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Consumer rights
This EULA does not exclude statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a clause conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
10. Support
