Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026. This policy is written for digitally delivered software and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Before digital delivery begins
If an order has not yet been supplied, downloaded, activated or otherwise made accessible, contact Support as soon as possible. Where the order can still be cancelled, we will process the cancellation subject to the payment method and applicable law.
After download or activation
Downloading or activating software does not by itself remove a statutory withdrawal right. For paid digital content supplied immediately, loss of that right requires all conditions imposed by the applicable law, including prior express consent to begin supply, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and the required contract confirmation. These must not be replaced by a pre-ticked box or a general acceptance of terms.
EU / EEA consumers
Where EU/EEA distance-contract rules apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal period is normally 14 days from conclusion of the contract. It does not run from activation. Exceptions and any extension caused by missing mandatory information follow applicable national law. Loss of withdrawal rights for immediate supply is subject to the conditions above; rights concerning defective or non-conforming content remain separate.
UK consumers
For UK consumer distance contracts for digital content without a physical medium, the usual cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made, subject to statutory exceptions and extensions. Immediate supply can end the right only with the required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. A refund due following a valid statutory cancellation is made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days after the cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless another is expressly agreed without a fee.
Other jurisdictions
In other jurisdictions, including the United States, mandatory cancellation, warranty and refund rights depend on the law applicable to the transaction. This policy does not replace those rights with a blanket “no refunds” rule. Your place of residence and the seller’s offer may be relevant.
Faulty or non-conforming software
If Stage Arranger cannot be supplied, is materially defective, or does not conform to the description or mandatory standards that apply to your purchase, contact Support with the order email, version, Windows version, audio device and a description of the issue. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, the remedy may include troubleshooting, an update or repair, replacement/re-download, price reduction, or refund/termination where legally required.
Compatibility and statutory rights
A third-party style sounding different from its source does not by itself prove a software defect: mapping, samples and programming may differ. However, a compatibility limitation does not remove remedies when the supplied software fails an expressly agreed or advertised capability, or another mandatory conformity requirement.
How to request a refund or remedy
Contact Support or email [email protected]. Include the email used for purchase and enough technical information for us to identify the issue. We may request reasonable diagnostic information when necessary to determine whether the problem is with Stage Arranger or the customer's digital environment.
How to give notice of withdrawal
You may send any clear statement to NEW WORLD SYSTEMS LIMITED at [email protected] or the registered address below; a particular form is not required. State that you withdraw from your software contract and include your name, address, order date and order reference, if available. Date the notice; sign it only if sent on paper. Send it before the applicable deadline. A technical diagnostic report is not required merely to exercise a valid withdrawal right.
