Which devices can run Stage Arranger?
Stage Arranger runs on laptops, tablets and computers with 64-bit Windows 10 or later.
Recommended: 16 GB RAM, an SSD for the application and sound banks, and a Full HD display. Memory and storage needs depend on your banks and plug-ins. A MIDI keyboard and an audio interface with an ASIO driver are recommended for live playing. Registration and the trial require internet access.
Try before you buy
20 free minutes on your device. After registering, you can try Stage Arranger without buying: explore the sounds, connect your MIDI keyboard and check performance on your computer. If the instrument suits you, continue with your purchase.
The trial includes a total of 20 minutes of playing per device. An internet connection is required. Restarting or reinstalling does not reset the time used.
How much does Stage Arranger cost?
Stage Arranger costs $79 USD instead of $129 USD. Create an account to purchase your licence and manage your devices.
How can I pay?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, an online payment platform. Checkout may offer Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and other payment methods. Available options depend on your country, currency, device and payment settings and are shown before you confirm payment.
Card details are entered in a secure payment form and processed by Stripe, an independent payment provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1. You confirm the payment yourself. Stage Arranger does not store full card numbers, CVC/CVV codes or online banking passwords.
How do I receive and install the software?
Delivery is digital: an individual download link is available in your account. Download the installer to your device, run it and follow the instructions. No physical media needs to be shipped.
Which sound banks are included, and can I add my own?
The software includes a standard sound bank. Additional sounds are supported in SoundFont SF2 (.sf2) files. You can find compatible banks online and add them yourself. Choose trusted sources and follow the licence terms of each bank.
How many devices can I use with one licence?
One licence is for one user and allows up to 2 activated devices. Device limits do not permit sharing the licence or activation credentials with other users.
Add your own SF2 sounds
Expand your instrument with SoundFont SF2 files. Choose your own flutes, choirs, guitars and other sounds for the right hand or individual accompaniment parts directly in the application.
Favourite sounds and styles within reach
Keep bank sounds and SF2 presets together in Favourites, mark favourite styles and quickly find what you need for a performance. Browse categories and choose instruments in a clear visual browser.
Is Stage Arranger software or a physical keyboard?
Stage Arranger runs on laptops, tablets and computers with 64-bit Windows 10 or later.
What should I do if there is no sound?
First open Settings → Audio / MIDI and confirm that the intended output device is selected and active. Then check that the correct sound bank/source is loaded, MASTER and STYLE levels are above zero, and no unexpected Mute/Solo state is silencing the parts you expect to hear. If MIDI keys do not trigger sound, confirm that the correct MIDI input is enabled. If another application is holding the audio device exclusively, close it or select another available device, then reopen the Stage Arranger audio settings. The Troubleshooting guide walks through these checks step by step.
Why is there a delay between pressing a key and hearing the sound?
This is audio latency. On Windows the most common cause is using a high-latency driver or an audio buffer that is too large. For live playing, use the audio interface manufacturer's native ASIO driver whenever possible. A smaller buffer reduces latency, but if it is too small the computer may produce clicks, pops or dropouts. As a practical starting point, try 128-256 samples at 44.1/48 kHz, then adjust for your computer and interface. Avoid Bluetooth headphones or speakers for live monitoring because they add their own delay. See Audio latency.
What is the difference between SAVE CONFIG and SAVE STYLE?
SAVE CONFIG keeps the complete supported setup in JSON: style reference, voices, keyboard, mixer and Master processing. SAVE STYLE writes supported edits to existing Auto Voice slots into the style file. Accompaniment mixer changes currently belong in CONFIG. See the exact list.
Does Stage Arranger include Styles?
Use compatible styles from your own library. Keep them in a folder of your choice and select them in Stage Arranger.
What Style formats are supported?
Stage Arranger can scan and load compatible STY, PRS, SST and BCS files. The arranger engine supports SFF/SFF2-style workflows, but file extension alone does not guarantee perfect playback. Older SFF/SFF2 User Styles are often easier to adapt because their programming is closer to the mappings currently handled by Stage Arranger.
What sound bank format does Stage Arranger use?
Stage Arranger uses its own sound-bank format ACBK (.acbk), developed specifically for the program. Official ACBK banks may be included with the Stage Arranger installer or made available for download in your account. The format is not limited to official libraries: users and independent developers can create compatible banks themselves. Typically, an author prepares original samples or audio material they have the right to use, trims and normalizes the recordings when needed, maps the samples across notes and keyboard ranges, configures instrument parameters and metadata, and then assembles the result into a ready-to-use .acbk bank with compatible bank-building tools. A finished bank can be kept for personal use or published independently on the Internet. Third-party banks are created and distributed by their respective authors, so download them only from sources you trust and make sure you have the right to use the audio material they contain.
Where can I get more Styles?
Large collections of user-created arranger Styles can be found independently on the Internet and in arranger-keyboard communities. Stage Arranger does not provide a download directory or endorse particular third-party collections. Download Styles only from sources you trust and make sure you have the right to use them. Put the files in your own User Styles folder and select that folder inside Stage Arranger.
Where are Styles stored?
Demo Styles are product demonstration content included with Stage Arranger. User Styles remain in the folder you choose on your own disk or USB storage. Third-party Internet downloads are not copied into Stage Arranger automatically; you decide where they are stored and which folder the program scans.
Will every third-party User Style sound exactly like the original instrument?
No. Third-party and converted Styles can contain device-specific programming, voices, controller data and arranger rules. Stage Arranger includes compatibility handling and detailed per-part controls, but we do not guarantee perfect reproduction of every external Style. Audition important Styles before rehearsal or live use.
What can I change if a User Style does not sound right?
You can replace a part voice where supported, change volume and pan, apply filters and EQ, adjust effect sends and supported DSP parameters, correct octave, and use Mute/Solo while you tune the Style.
Can I record my performance?
Yes. REC MIDI captures the arrangement as MIDI, while REC WAV captures the final stereo performance, including MIDI playback, live RIGHT parts and microphone input.
Can I sing through Stage Arranger?
Yes. A microphone can be routed through the vocal path for monitoring and effects, and the final performance can be captured to WAV.
Can I use Stage Arranger with a VSTi or external sound source?
Yes, supported external sound-module workflows are available. Compatibility still depends on the third-party product and its own updates.
Can I order or activate a license today?
Stage Arranger costs $79 USD instead of $129 USD. Create an account to purchase your licence and manage your devices.
