2. What Stage Arranger is
Stage Arranger is Windows software for live arranger-style performance, MIDI playback and recording, audio/MIDI routing, microphone use and compatible external sound sources. Product pages, screenshots and manuals form part of the product description only to the extent they describe the released version made available to the customer.
3. User Styles and compatibility
Stage Arranger can load supported user-supplied style formats. Third-party and converted styles can differ in programming, voice mapping, controller data, CASM/SFF rules and source-keyboard behavior. We do not promise that every third-party or converted Style will reproduce perfectly or sound identical to the original hardware or software environment.
To make imperfect or converted Styles usable, Stage Arranger provides per-part controls including voice replacement where supported, volume, pan, filters, EQ, effect sends, octave correction, Mute/Solo and compatibility handling. The user remains responsible for evaluating whether a particular external Style is suitable for the intended performance.
4. Purchase, account and license
For purchases, the price, applicable taxes, licence scope and device limits are presented before payment. A purchase grants a licence to use the software and does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
One licence is for one user and allows up to 2 activated devices. Device limits do not permit sharing the licence or activation credentials with other users.
5. Digital delivery and activation
Stage Arranger is delivered digitally through your account. Download the installer, install the software and activate your licence on your device. Internet access is required for purchase, download, activation and account services.
6. Updates, interface changes and product changes
We may release bug fixes, compatibility updates, security fixes, feature changes and revised sound/style data. The user interface, layout, labels, controls, workflow, bundled demonstration content and documentation may also change between versions. Screenshots, videos and illustrations on the website may therefore differ from the version currently distributed.
We may discontinue or replace optional third-party integrations where continued support becomes technically or legally impractical. Changes do not override any specific commitments made at the time of purchase or mandatory consumer rights relating to conformity, required updates and remedies.
7. Third-party products and content
Hardware, audio interfaces, MIDI devices, plug-ins, VSTi/LV2 products, user Styles and other third-party content are controlled by their respective manufacturers or rights holders. Their availability, licensing and compatibility can change independently of Stage Arranger. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Stage Arranger is not endorsed by a third-party manufacturer unless expressly stated.
8. Prohibited use and unauthorized distribution
Except with permission or where mandatory law allows it, do not redistribute the application or protected content, share activation credentials, sublicense copies, or circumvent licence controls. These restrictions do not prevent lawful backup copies, transfers, observation or testing, or reverse engineering/decompilation specifically permitted by law, including for interoperability. Rights in third-party sound banks, styles and plug-ins depend on their own licences.
Unauthorized redistribution or circumvention may constitute a material breach. Where permitted by applicable law, confirmed material breach may result in suspension or termination of the affected license, device authorizations, download access or support, subject to any required notice, cure or appeal rights. We do not guarantee the integrity, security, updates or supportability of unauthorized, modified or counterfeit copies.
9. Availability and safe use
Live audio software depends on the computer, driver, buffer size, audio interface, MIDI device, plug-ins and project content. Keep tested backups and verify a setup before a live performance. Stage Arranger is not designed for medical, emergency, aviation, industrial-control or other safety-critical use.
10. Liability
We remain responsible for losses for which applicable law makes us liable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory rights and remedies that cannot be excluded. For consumers, foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence is not excluded by a general disclaimer. For business users only, indirect loss and loss of profit are excluded to the extent lawful. A compatibility notice does not cancel an express product commitment.
11. Consumer rights by region
European Union / EEA
Consumers retain mandatory rights for digital content under applicable national law, including rights relating to conformity, supply, remedies and required updates. For digital content supplied immediately, a statutory withdrawal right may be lost only where the legal conditions are met, including prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right.
United Kingdom
UK consumers retain statutory rights for digital content, including rights where digital content is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described. For an immediate digital download, the checkout will request the legally required consent and acknowledgement concerning the 14-day cancellation right before supply begins.
United States
Consumer rights and refund requirements can vary by state and by the circumstances of the sale. Our published refund policy applies in addition to any non-waivable federal or state rights. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not permit a seller to waive.
12. Installer acceptance
Read the licence agreement before installing Stage Arranger. By accepting it during installation, you agree to the software licence terms. These terms apply together with your purchase terms and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
13. Applicable law and changes
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court access in their country of habitual residence. Updates to this page apply prospectively; they do not rewrite an existing purchase contract. The version and language supplied and accepted for a transaction govern that transaction, subject to mandatory law. A translation discrepancy does not reduce consumer rights.
