Information for rights holders and users of third-party content.
Stage Arranger materials
The Stage Arranger application, website, branding, documentation, protected sound libraries and included licensed resources are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws, except where a separate license or third-party notice states otherwise.
Unauthorized copies and redistribution
Licensed Stage Arranger software, protected sound libraries, included licensed resources and activation credentials may not be redistributed except where a separate license expressly permits it. Commercial copies may be associated with unique license identifiers. We may use those identifiers and other lawful evidence to investigate suspected unauthorized redistribution and enforce the applicable EULA, subject to applicable law.
We do not provide normal support or update guarantees for pirated, modified, counterfeit or otherwise unauthorized copies, and we cannot guarantee that such copies are complete, safe or unaltered.
User-supplied content
Stage Arranger can work with user-supplied Styles, MIDI files, plug-ins and other content. The user is responsible for having the rights or permissions required to use that content. The ability to load a file does not grant a copyright license to that file.
Third-party trademarks
Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References used for compatibility or identification do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Rights-holder notices
If you believe material distributed from the Stage Arranger website infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact [email protected] with: your identity and contact information; identification of the protected work; identification and location of the material complained of; the basis of your claim; and any information reasonably necessary to investigate it. We may request additional verification before acting on a notice.
Good-faith process
We will review sufficiently detailed notices in good faith and take appropriate action where required by applicable law. This page is not intended to replace any mandatory statutory notice process that applies to a particular service or jurisdiction.
